Wedding

Our ceremony will be short, sweet and on your feet. Limited seating will be available to those who need it.

Guests start arriving, grazing platter and drinks provided on arrival. Take a snap and fill out the guest book.

Wedding Ceremony

The couple exchanges vows and rings in a short, intimate standing ceremony.

Family and friends gather for memorable photos and a range of canapés.

Questions & Answers

Everything you need to know

The wedding, cocktail reception and afterparty will be held at Miro, 176 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch Central City.

We ask that all guests start arriving by 5:30pm so that we can begin the ceremony promptly at 6:00pm.

The ceremony will take place inside Miro. However, there are lovely outdoor spaces for mingling and photos after the ceremony.

We would love for our guests to dress in formal or cocktail attire.

Last call is at 11:30pm, all guests are required to leave the venue by midnight.

Yes, the venue is in the CBD. There are several hotels and AirBnB options within close proximity to Miro.

The venue is centrally located and easily accessible via bus (debit / credit card tap on - no metro card required), uber or taxi. There are also plenty of parking options nearby for those driving.

Yes, there will be a variety of canapés, shared platters and fork and walk options for guests to enjoy throughout the evening (this will be enough to satisfy all appetites). There will not be a formal sit-down dinner.

Yes, we will have some vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available. If you have specific dietary requirements, please let us know in the RSVP form.

Yes, there will be a range of wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverages and signature cocktails. Each guest will receive three complimentary drinks, after which the bar will operate as a cash bar.

Please keep phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony so our photographer can capture the moment - we'll share the photos with you afterwards. Feel free to snap away during the reception!

We have limited capacity at the venue, so we are only able to accommodate guests who were specifically invited. If you have any questions about your invitation, please reach out to us directly.

Please RSVP by the 1st of August 2026. This will help us finalise the headcount and make arrangements with the venue and caterers.
